Cher is involved with the CCA ( Children's Craniofacial Association ),She became involved w/ it after her Movie Mask,She was the Mother of a Child w/ Craniofacial Condition. She donates Money,Spends time with the Children,and goes to the Retreat every year. It's on June 27-30th in Atlanta,GA. The Conventions are held in Chicago,and Las Vegas.
